It's quiet. Sometimes parking
is limited. But you will love
it.

I like it the space and
convience to the highway and
1960. It is a spacious
apartment.

I enjoy living at this
property, it's quiet, clean
and affordable. I just have
one problem I would like to
utilize the workout room on a
consistant time frame, the
sign in the workout room state
that it is open from 6:00 am
thru 10:00 pm, but it is not
true it opens at various times
between 7:30 am and 8:00 am I
would like a more consistant
time, because there have been
times that I have waited for
10 to 15mins for it to open,
please take into consideration
that some tenants want to
workout in the mornings.

So far it has been a great
experience, but the neighbors
upstairs are too noisy.

The apartment units are very
nice, however the curbs, or
"speed bumps" if thats what
they're actually SUPPOSED to
be are horrible.
If you want an example of a
speed bump that does what it
is designed to do, without
causing a rediculous jarring
motion to the vehicle and all
occupants no matter how slow
you try to go over them, look
at the ones in the Kroger
parking lot on Kuykendahl and
Louetta road.
Parking is also hard to come
by and every single night
without amiss there is someone
bumping music or yelling in
the parking lot.
The office staff however is
very nice and always attentive
to the needs of residents.
Ive never actually brought my
two concerns up with staff
because I do not see any way
of resolving them and just
take them in stride, so
overall I believe this is a
very nice place to live.

Very quiet nice place to live

I get asked all the time,
because people perceive it as
a bad part of town to live in,
but I really like it. The
staff and neighbors are
friendly. The pool is kept up
nice (I love a nice pool!),
it's nice and quiet and safe.
